His mother monitors the nurses daily and trains any new nurses hired by the agency. Our client’s mother was never compensated for the care and services she has provided to her son. A Macomb County jury awarded $3.3 Million.

Our client, at age 5, was tragically killed when run over by a Van Buren Public Schools school bus, driven by a substitute driver. Our client leaves behind his parents, two sisters, a younger brother and numerous other family members. Our client’s case was presented to a Wayne County jury which awarded $4.5 Million for the tragic death of this young boy.
